MASSAGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

At Mai Thai MAssage, we are aware that unplanned events can occur at anytime. Unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, car breakbdowns, traffic jams, business meetings etc are just some of the reasons why one might have to cancel an appointment.

In order for us to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and also out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO
Please arrive for your appointment(s) at least minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to relax change clothing and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a more relaxed experience. If late arrival is unavoidable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Multiple sppointments (of two or more), and packages require at least 48 hours cancellation notice. If you need to change the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments can be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled sppointment time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of time form scheduled appointment duration. In certain case, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be done at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
We are aware that sometimes full prepayment may not be possible due to clients credit or debit card facilities not being campatible with our online payments process. We truly do want each and every client to be able to experience our services and we will do whatever is possible to accommodate every situation.

These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the massage studio and its efforts be respected, and also to ensure that you massaage experince be a stress-free and relaxing experience.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 75% refund, and cancellations received less than 1 week prior to a scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund. Mai Thai Massage owners, management and staff reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
